Pop Ups?
 

When I browse this site I keep getting a Pop Up trying to get me to download "Macromedia Flash Player".I would like to know what this is?Do I need it?
Should I download it?

Flash player is OK.... it displays dynamic content.... ie: animations etc. etc. etc.

There are many sites that use it.....

I try to keep my system at a bare minimum but Flash is OK

Yes. Some things on the site will have flash here. Most new browser have it installed. Some content might have a requirement that you have the latest flash player as the one already installed in your browser could be an older version. It is safe to install and a web standard used by the bulk of fortune 500 sites in one way or another. Plus it is very cool the features that flash has over regular html!
