This may seem like a dumb question but how do I post a picture in a post?

I had same problem, I finally notice at top of thread there is a area that says post reply, when you use this,
it takes you to a screen, type your message. now at the bottom there is area that says click here to upload.
to insert your pic's. when I tried using fast reply. couldn't load pic's. no upload area. hope this helps. Chris.
