promblems with avatar and pms

in my forum setting there is no upload thing for my avatar.it only says dont use an advatar.also i cant read or send any pms because i get a page say it is disabled or dont have suffient acess.cna u plz give me anwser or help me.ps it been like this for over 2 months.

you need at least one post to upload an avatar. the 1 post is min requirement
