How do you ask a Moderator a question
 

I posted a question in the ZDZ customer service section and while waiting for an answer I checked out the other posts on the same page. I asked a few questions to the people that had UnAnswered questions and now I find those 3 other questions to have been edited and shortened from just this morning and my question remains unanswered.

Whats up with that?

I was going to say send one of us a PM, but that raises the question of how do you figure out which one of "us" to PM? Many of the manufacturer direct forums are a bit unique in that the only people allowed to post in a thread are the original poster and the manufacturer's representative. Posts from others, no matter how helpful, will typically be removed. In a manufacturer's forum it's pretty easy to identify the manufacturer's rep, they're the one(s) providing the answers.

Edit: I sent a PM to the RCS rep. Also note that questions posted over the weekend can sometimes go unanswered until Monday. This is especially true during flying/boating season when some of us attend an out of town weekend long event.
