Slow Loading

[&o] Why is it sometimes the page won't load or is very Sloooooow!?[sm=confused.gif] & Other times very fast? ( I got Cable )

If it is on the even hours (2,4,6,etc) and 1 to 3 minutes after that the site can slow while the servers perform some updates. if you notice it at these times that is the reason. if it is not at these times then it could be our servers our your network route to them. hard to say without more info
