Picture Veeerrry Slow to Load
 

Anyone else notice it takes for ever to load a picture when you click a thumbnail in a post? I've reset the cable modem, router and computers but no help. Is Marc stealing processor time? Threads and posts load ok but the pictures are unbearable.[sm=cry_smile.gif]

we were testing a new content delivery network. I have seen some slowdown but thought it was just me. this is good to know. I will make some changes now and have some other changes soon which should also help even more.

Kind of hate to say this but...pictures load a little better but everything seems to be slowing down a bit. Must be Fall Time in the Rockies. :eek: You run a class act, I know you'll figure it out. If you need a t/r or anything let me know.

if you can pm me a traceroute or post it here that would be great.

the site can slow during heavy load times or backup routines. we are taking steps to move to the new dual core dual processor systems shortly which will alleviate processing time on our end at peaks
