Loging me out
 

Hello,

I am having a little problem here. When i go onto the forums, i am already signed in, but when i go to the classifieds section or to edit my profile, rcu logs me out. I then type in my log in info, it logs me in, then it brings me back to my profile, or the classifieds and i am logged out again!!!! Can someone please help?

make sure your browser has rcuniverse.com on your trusted sites list so no cookies are blocked. same with firewall.

most likely though it is a corrupt cookie. delete all rcuniverse.com cookies. close all browser windows, restart and login again

ok, so how would i delete the cookies? i have restarted, logged out, then logged back in.

well, i deleted ALL of my cookies and it still doesnt let me log into the classifieds. It only logs me into the forums.

ok, so i notified my friend about this problem so i let him log into my account and try to go in the classifieds. I logged out securly and let him log in. IT said that i was still logged in!!! rcadmin, do you think you ca diagnose this problem?

I made a few changes to your account. I'd like you to one more time log out, clear your rcu cookies and cache, then log in again. Let me know if you still have problems.

I have had the same problem for a long time, and have tryed all the things recommended. Is there anything you guys could do, or that I could to to be able to get into the classifieds and other areas?
