How do I stop email notification !!!!

PLEASE tell me how I can stop email notification. I checked the box when I posted...baaaaaad mistake. IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS !!!!!!!!!!

Go to the thread in which you posted, and click the 'remove subscription' link toward the upper right. This should stop any email notifications.
