There''s nothing wrong here, as long as I''m typing something in a text box. If a reply box isn''t open, or if I have clicked anywhere outside of the reply box, the Quick Find function pops up. I''m using Firefox, btw.
Ah ha - I typed a single " ' " but what shows on the screen is a " " " AND when I edited this message, the system read each of the double-quotation marks in my original text as two single-quotation marks, and replaced each of them with two double quotation marks. I'll bet they're each quadrupled already. |
