I'm only subscribed to beginners and ARF and RTF but getting a lot of mail from electric helicopter forums

Check your subscribed threads. If you're not subscribed to any heli forums you must be subscribed to threads in the heli forums.

Click MY ACCOUNT > Forum Settings > Thread Subscriptions/MyForums

I went to account,forun setings but got stuck there as I did not see the word Thread.
I don't know the site that well and I have been off for a while.
I assumed that when I unchecked the boxes I was unsubbing from the heli sites.

I never webt down far enough on the 1 page to uncheck the boxes for the the threads
