using video gallery
 

I have windows media player 11 with windows xp, but I cannot view videos from the your video gallery. When I click on a specific windows media player video, I get the windows media player screen as if something were happening towards the showing of the video, but then the "system" stalls at that screen. I have to go to "control, alt, delete" to clear the lack of progress and get control of the computer again. Any suggestions? thx Jim

can you give me the link to the video gallery you are using? win player 11 should work fine. it sounds like a system issue on your computer

Marc: It certainly may be a system problem on my computer. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. So I just thought I'd ask. The video gallery I'm referring to is in regards to the planes you and your associates have evaluated. It's any videos that are for Windows Media Player (wmv). I have WMP 11. I have reinstalled it several times to no avail. I guess when I get Windows Vista and have to start over the problem gets fixed. thx Jim
