Can't edit posts

I've had difficulties when trying to edit posts within a few minutes of posting. I get this:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

Could not find stored procedure 'spGetPrefeqence'.

How to edit Post ( Post for long time ) on RCU ??

I couldn't fine the Button of Edit !
