Forum Search Problem
 

Hey There. I am starting a build on a 4*60, and have been reading a lot of threads on other members builds. One or two have mentioned their own Aileron build for this kit, so I did a search in Airplanes, Kit Building, for 4*60 Aileron Build. I got a message back, " Searching Error max Clause Count is set to 4096,etc,etc. What am I doing wrong?

This is because the * is a wild card in our search system and matches anything.  The asterisk is not taken as a literal character and it is blowing out some maximum length.  I played with it for awhile to come up with a substitute search.  you could do 4?60 and use the question mark instead of asterisk.  Question mark means match any single character while asterisk means match an unlimited number.  it seems to work with the "?" as the wildcard instead of the asterisk.  try it out.

Thanks for the explanation. I did try again, this time I used 4 Star 60. It worked fine.
