Default Aerial Photography (Infrared)

I am looking at building a telemaster or similar plane to do infra red photography for agricultural use. I will need to be 2000' to 2500' AGL to take the needed photos. I am thinking of using 2 cameras 1 wireless live vidio and 1 for the IR still shots mounting them both in a pod on the bottom of the fuselage and using the live camera to setup for the IR when in possition.

I am familiar with rules governing airspace, the airspace that I will be opperating in is class G and a very rural area - no towns within 30+ miles. Is there anything I need to be concerned with while doing this?
