Price of new UAV

anybody have fully made UAV's for sale?
i am in the market for
UAV's that can carry a 5kg load and must be able upto travel 200 miles (more is even better)
must have gps and be able to be controlled via laptop
come with full GPS guidence software
i have good contacts seeking these crafts it at reasonable price
full specs and images must be suplied
