Default left stick problem

dear freinds and futaba team,
I dont know whether you can remember or not I have T9CAP mode 2(left stick throttle-rudder)radio..and with help of futaba team we have changed our left stick-gimbal completely..changing was easyand no problem and we installed stick no soldering or gluing something....now%20 of my stick(throttle) is not working..I mean for example if we feel total 25 click from bottom to top first5 clicks have no effect on servo..when I step to6.th click serco moves..I have no expo..only%40 rate throttle cut...I have examined today and there is no broken things or abnormal thing..so wht can I do?can I have a hardware problem for example potantiometer or resistance etc problem??unfortunately I cant remember if I had a problem before stick repairing because Ibought radio second hand..

Hi yurdakut,

If you go into a blank model and it works fine, I would check your setting on this model.

If going into a blank model and you still see these effects, then the only thing we can recommend would be to send this into the closest service center. It may be that there is something wrong with the pot or something in the software that needs taken care of. Unfortunately, it is impossible to diagnose without seeing it.

Sincerely,
