Futaba 12z Great planes Pitts 1/3 Scale
Can any one out there help
Thanks in advance
I have a 12z
With 4 aileron servos on four different channels -no Y cords
2elevator servos
1rudder
1 throttle
1 motor which controls the on board glow
How can I set it up so all the trims work as well as dual rates for the ailerons?
Is this w
Here the group comes in? And how do I assign channels to groups?
I am sure this may have been addressed but searching RCU seems difficult
Thanks

If you set it up as a 2-aileron model, and then put the left-side ailerons as "Aileron", and the right-side ailerons as "Aileron2", they'll work nicely.
"Group" means the AFR/DR settings are global across all settings. "Single" limits all setups to stay inside a particular condition. Anything set to "Single" is local to the condition where it's set.

I used the 4 aileron 2 flap option for my biplane, it works perfectly with 4 servos for ailerons connected directly to the receiver (no "Y"'s, splitters, matchboxes, blackmagics, etc) Tailerons in the elevators allow for 2 separate servos in the elevators also connected directly to the Rx. You can control direction, speed, throws, etc individually to each servo and the trims works as they are supposed to....
