14SG touch pad won't respond
Hi
I have a T14SG and when I turn on the tx the touchpad won't respond to any input for at least 10mins. Once it starts working I have no other trouble with it.
any suggestions as to what is going on? It does seem to get worse with lower ambient temperature. I'm in Australia, so on a day like today 25degc I have to wait 10mins for the pad to work.

Hi Daniel,
Per your email to us at Futaba Support also, I will just restate that it sounds as though something on the main board in the dial sensor is bad.
You would need to return this to your closest Futaba Service center in your country to have this checked.
You may want to contact the Distributor below for information on a service center in your own country.
