Orange and green sbus hubs
I have to replace my 14mz as it is damaged. I will be getting the 32mz soon. I have to update myself on FASSTest and Sbus. I would like to know if I can use the orange sbus hubs for sensors, although it is used when power needs to be supplied. Will it cause any damage to the sensors? Does the orange hub have thicker gauge wires for higher current capacity, compared to the green hub? The green hub is for data transmission only (only data and ground wires connected), but if the orange hub can be used for both data and power, why the need for green hubs? Thanks for the inputs.

Bax is no longer here since before the demise of Hobbico.
Since S.Bus is common power with all ports the powered hub is fine.
The wire size is the same some of the hub extensions have sheaths on the wires. You can use a regular extension if you want as well. Nothing special about the hubs

Like I said, you can use a normal regular servo extension as well.

In case a remote battery pack is used to power a group of servos (connected to one of the three ports in a hub), should the green or orange hub be used? If the orange hub is used, the servos will be receiving power from the main battery pack as well as the remote pack, and in the case of green the servos will be receiving power only from the remote pack?

Green hub isolates power to remote pack
If using orange the RX and servos share the battery if adding in a remote one but the remote servos will not get more power from remote tack.
