There is no dedicated external charger per se. As long as you are not worried about balance charging, and I generally don't with 2S transmitter packs, you can probably use any lipo charger. Having said that, it is so easy to charge using not only the included charger, but any USB charger with a micro USB plug on it, I've never found a reason to charge it outside the TX.
I sometimes charge on the way to the field with a cell phone car charger that puts out 5.2 volts at 2 amps. Easy to charge using your car between flights or on contest trips out of town.
