16IZ conditions/dual rates
Is there a way to program dual rates so it is the same of ALL conditions or do I have to program the rates for each condition separately? I have tried to set the dual rates up for each condition separately but I cannot get it to work. It seems like it always defaults to one rate across all conditions regardless of which rate it is set to.
This is the first time I am using conditions, never used them before and I just got the TX so I am still trying to figure it out.

Go into the AFR menu where you set the actual rates. Change "GRP" to "SNGL". This gives you the ability to have different rates in each condition.
I bypass using the dual rate window and simply use conditions for my rates. Set to SNGL and then adjust the AFR travel for each condition.
See page 124 of the manual.
This is a good video on conditions as well. The 16SZ and IZ have similar menus
