is this still a thing, and what is it? I bought a new/old stock radio from a hobby shop and it has the flyers club invitation form with it. but the radio is pretty old it's a 12FG.

oh well. too bad. I looked at tower's website because the address where to send it was their address but Hobbico, I didn't see anything about it. I googled it and someone said it was tips and tricks of radio setups that the manual doesn't cover.
