Bill,

I received my new 16iz and noticed after charging for 6 hours the green light never came on. What should be the normal charge time or at least new out of the box? My USB wall charger is rated at 2.4 amps output at 5v.

Not sure what the charge time is. But makes sure it is plugged in fully and let it go until it stops.

Update!!!

I was trying several different wall plug in USB-A wall warts and could never get the battery light to turn Green. I found that my field charger has a USB output and tried it and it worked. It appears the battery is a little picky on USB charge receptacles. Battery is good once I found the right USB power supply.
