14MZ frequency
Hi,
I have just purchased a new 14MZ with the 51 series (can't remember the exact number) receiver.
Every time i turn my radio on it it asks me would i like to transmit, i hit yes but nothing works (it says it is transmitting). I have to go to the frequency i am using select it and go through the whole process as if I'm changing frequencies. I have tried selecting the mode A or B, that made no difference. I downloaded the latest update in case that was the problem, that made no difference. I tried using different frequencies, that made no difference. I even hooked up the DSC cable, this didn't work either. I've used the transmitter with my old Futaba receivers with no problems. It just seems my new receiver loses, forgets what frequency it is on every time i power it up.
I don't think this is normal, i don't think i am doing anything wrong
many thanks
Chris

Make sure you exit to the main screen of the transmitter before you power-off the receiver or transmitter. If it continues to happen, then you may need to send the receiver to your service center to have it checked out. It should not lose the frequency setting.
