What can I use to clean my 9cap?

I just bought a 9Cap and I was wondering what can I use to clean it. Are there things that I should or should not use?
It just seems to be a bit of but of dirt of the face and its not as shinny as it could be.

We'd dampen a soft cloth with a mild soap and water solution. Then wipe off with a cloth dampened only with water as a rinse. Finally, dry and polish with a soft cloth.
