Programming 7c 2.4 Gc for flaps

I would like to program my 7C on channel 6 to the three position switch "G" . Position 1 neutral, position 2 50%, and position 3 at 100%. The program needs to produce the full servo movement: In addition, if possible, I would like to disable the knob.
