Programming flaps to elevator

OK, I looked on page 50, all that tells you to turn on the flap elevator mix.
elevator chln. 2, flapd chln 7 on switch E.
Please take me step by step on how to get the mix.

We're not sure what you're asking for. The instructions on page 50 of the manual take you through the mix step-by-step. The 45% number they use is just an example. The bottom of the page steps you through using the mix.
