Help ! delay throttle bout' 10 second
guess someone has asked the same question here but I don't seem to see the answer yet ! I am using 18MZ , I noticed other brand TX like Taranis/ Frysky can easily set throttle delay thru their OpenTX.....anyway can any body direct me how ( if possible ) to do that on my 18MZ ? what I want is I can hand launch my big MyTwinDream myself with enough time put down the TX and get my plane and launch !!!
turn on switch A delay of 10 seconds Then increase throttle from 0 to 100 over 5 secs Remain at full throttle for 10 secs Then if switch is still on reduce throttle back to 0 If switch is turned off throttle control returns to normal joystick control many thanks for help ! |
You cannot do that with the 18MZ. You can use a condition to delay how long it will be until the condition becomes active, but not one to move the throttle up then down. You can adjust how fast the servo moves with stick input in a condition, but the servo will always run at that speed as long as that condition is active.

Throttle stick delay. IX20SE
I would like to have a 10sec delay on my throttle stick to stop the ESC from arming the motor on my 3mtr Fox glider. The glider is to heavy to lunch with 1 hand so to activate the 10sec delay I would like to programe a mix on switch A so I can pick up the glider with 2 hands and steady myself. Flick the switch A to on and the delay will run down and start the motor with me holding the glider with both hands can this be done many thanks.
