18sz screen
 

Hi Bill, I have purchased a 18sz from tower hobbies and have read the return policy, I have been using it to see if I really like it , well the touch screen is not what I was expecting, it seems to be hard to press to select what I want. maybe I am expecting to much from this screen , the newer cell phones have incredible touch response and this screen just don't have it. Is this returnable or not.

When we use our 18SZ, we only need to touch a panel to get it to register. If you actually have to press or touch and wait before the screen responds, then it may have a difficulty. If your transmitter complies with the Tower return policy, then they will accept it back. However, if they deem it "used", then they'll refer it to the service center.
