14MZ touch screen

Hi, my 14MZ touch screen seems to have deteriorated over time. There is some kind of roughness on the middle area of the screen. The TFT display itself seems to be fine, but the display is obscured by the touch screen. Can I purchase a replacement touch screen? I hope the TFT and touch screen are not sold as a set as I don't see a need to replace the TFT. Thanks!
