Stupid ? on 9C
 

I bought a new 9c in December of 02 and the silver plating on the front of the receiver is starting to peel up. Is there anything that can be done about this, can I send it back to get fixed.

I had this happen about 4 months after I got mine.
As I understand, it is considered cosmetic.
I too would like to know the answer to this question.

I hate to be vain but I just hate spending good money for something that ends up looking like you know what when I had nothing to do with the way it looks. I understand that is cosmetic but I would also like to hear what they say.

We did see a few these in the the early run of 9C's that had a problem with bubbling on the face plates.

While it is cosmetic only, please feel free to send these to us, we will be happy to take care of these for you at no charge.

Hi Geistware,

You can send it either way, but if you send it with the module though the guys will double check the output for you before it is sent back.
