Is there is a way to reset the principal timer (the big one in the screen) in the 9C tx?,

sure is. go to timer, and cursor through to that timer and reset it. You can find answers to this and a large variety of other 9C questions in the FAQ at www.futabarc.com/faq/faq-9c.html.

I was talking in the system timer, in the timer menu I can only change the timer 1 and the timer 2 parameters,

Hi, Emilio, sorry i'm not with a radio. You can page through all three timers right on the home screen, i just can't remember how off the top of my head.
