When activated, does this move the servos to their limit or does it move them to the end points that I have set for that particular model ?

It moves the servos just how you've set them. If you have one reversed from the others, it will move in the opposite direction. If you have the ATV reduced, you'll see that.

A way to check is to just set the channel 1's ATV to 50% on one side only. Do the servo test. You'll see it move fully one way, but only 50% the other.
