9C Synth Module Delayed Again?
 

What gives with the constant delays on this module? I have had this on order from Tower for a while and the date keeps slipping. The date is now moved to some time in Feb.

Hi,

I think it is just availability in quantity that is the problem. My LHS is selling the 9C Super with the synthesized Tx right now, so they do exist!

I see it has changed from Early Feb to Late Feb now. [&o]

Late Feb 2005 or 2006? Maybe the ship lost it's navigation system and is going around in circles in the Pacific.

The thing that's REALLY frustrating for me is not the fact that I ordered this thing back in October and watched as the ship date constantly moves ahead (late october, early november, late november, early december, late december, early january, late january, early feburary, and NOW late feburary) but what REALLY bite me in the arse now is the fact that the 9C's WITH the module have been shipping and are currently shipping... Obviously this means they have the modules... WHY then can't we get any shipped to us??? I'm SERIOUSLY considering just canceling my order and getting a specter... Last time I asked about this in this forum back in the middle of january I was told that they would be shipping ANY day... Obviously that didn't happen...

Help us out here Bax, what the heck is the hold up?

The synthesized module for the 9C will be coming soon. Futaba has produced them to put into transmitters, which are currently available. They had to make more for separate module sales and will be out soon.

We're sorry for the delays, but Futaba has apparently had some setbacks in the delivery schedule. They have not discussed them, and will not. Sorry.
