7CHP display question

What is the timer in the middle right side of the screen, it may say 0H34 or some other time? I can't seem to find a description of it in the manual. And how do you reset it??

Well, figured out it is the system timer - only mentions it in the index on the manual - and I have to say the 7CH manual is barebones at most!
