I just came back to say nevermind Krysta, got the "Official" one, and reading the .doc file, I understand your comment...

For the same $400 i could have gotten a JR 9303 and i could have used it.

Looks like only pdf files of product manuals are there now. Has the upgrade software been temporarily removed?
