7C tx advisory return question
 
Hi,

I need to send in my 7C 2.4 due to the advisory. My serial number starts with 07 and has no I sticker. I wanted to know if I needed to send in the receiver too or only the transmitter.

Also, since my 7C set is new and never been tested, would it be alright to send in both the tx and rx so that, in addition to the advisory repair, all of the electronics can get checked-out.

Hi Martin,
You need only send the transmitter to have it updated per the advisory. If you would like to have the complete system checked by all means send the receiver also.

If you will contact our Support Reps at 217-398-8970 opt. 2, they will email you a prepaid label to get that back to us.
