Converting a 2pos switch to a 3pos switch
 

Dear Bax / Krysta,

I want to make sure I understand something based on a previous member's post.

If I send my 12FG in for service and ask to replace the 2 position switch with a 3 position switch (i.e.; the top left rear one), will the software also be changed so all of the programming would recognize it as a three position switch?

If so, how much would this cost?

Hi Roger,

Yes, if you send this in to have a switch changed in it's configuration, we have to do a software change here to make sure that the programming follows the switch.

The charge for doing so would be $50.00.
