Now that the 10c is offered both as a 2.4 and as a 72mz RF module synthersizer with a R3110DPS 10 channel receiver, can we expect a 10c and a 10 channel receiver in a crystal version?

This is how it's being offered. If you want to install a crystal-controlled module in it, use the regular TP module:

FUTL15** TP72FM TX MOD 7U 8U 9C 9CS

Any of the regular Futaba FM-PPM or FM-PCM receivers will work with the 10C when you use the 72MHz module.

I am confused. Is this both a 2.4Ghz and a synthesized 72MHz transmitter all in the same radio? Or is there different versions? A 2.4Ghz version and a 72Mhz version?

You can purchase a 10C with a 72 MHz synthesized module installed that comes with a 72 MHz synthesized receiver, or you can purchase a 10C with a 2.4 GHz FASST module installed which comes with a 2.4 GHz FASST receiver. If you have one type, you can purchase different transmitter modules and receivers and then be able swap between frequency bands.
