Early 6EX recall

I have one of the early 6EX radio systems with a serial # with potential problems. There used to be a service bulletin posted in these forums but I do not see it. Am I still eligible to have my radio fixed for free? Shipping?

If you are talking about one of the FASST systems, then yes, please contact our Support Department at 217-398-8970 opt 2 by phone, or by email at [email protected] and they will take care of this for you.

They will issue a prepaid UPS label to place on the box, so that you will not have to pay return postage to us.
