T8FG SD memory power usage
 

I just got my new T8FG and like most amateur photographers, discovered both a 32MB and a 2GB SD memory card in my bag of little used camera gear.

Question 1: Does the larger SD card significantly increase power drain on the transmitter battery?

Question 2: Is the 32MB card large enough for the average (3 or 45 planes) RC'er, or is the 2GB card significantly more useful?

Question 3: Is the 32MB card big enough for software updates?

Either card would pose neglible drain on the battery pack. Use whatever works.

32Mb cards will be plenty of storage for most flyers, and will allow updating. A 32MB card works well in the 14MZ.
