Hi guys, I need some help with figuring out modification on a Zenoah 3.70 cu in Quartz I got from someone who didn't know what type modification it was, anyway here are some photos of the engine, can somebody explain what the modification is, Kill switch or ignition?

That is a Ralph Cunningham G62 light conversion, you will not find a better engine anywhere than that one.
The plug on the side of the cup mount is for the power to the ignition.

Ralph is called Antique here on the forums, If you have a problem with that engine I would contact him, He knows that engine inside out.
I do replacement carry ignitions if you want to go that route.

No CH has closed for now, But again, Hook up a battery to the red connector on the side of the cup.
The ignition uses the existing Zenoah coil and the electronic board in the cup mount is what fires it.

??????
Why do you want to buy a ignition when you have one that should work.
To use my ignitions you have to remove the one in the cup mount, Remove the existing coil and then install a connector to the sensor lead wire.

ORIGINAL: mustangshooter
I did not get one with the engine.
I did not get one with the engine.
Unless I'm badly mistaken that's the ignition inside the cup mount at the rear of the engine.
