Mr Cunningham deserves real Kudos for the service that he provides to his customers.
I had one of his G62 Lite engines carried over to the UK by my brother about three years ago. The engine must have been moving about in the luggage because the ignition sensor leads had broken off.
I only got around to sending an IM to Ralph recently and he promptly offered to send me a new sensor free of charge. I emailed back saying that I'd like to purchase 2-3 sensors just in case I needed any in the future for this or his other masterpiece that I own - a G26 lite.
A few days leter I received three sensors via airmail - still no charge, even for the postage.
I think this deserves a public thank you and recognition for outstanding service.
Ralph - I feel really guilty about you paying for three sensors and airmail postage when the problem had nothing whatsoever to do with your workmanship, which I have to say is absolutely first class. Your engines are almost too beautiful to put to use!
So I will gladly make a payment if you care to send me an IM or email with the amount.
Thaks again.

MSS999, I agree with you. Ralph is a great guy. He will always answer a PM (privite message) when sent and has very good advice. I have data I printed out years ago ....back when this site had a different name. Ralph and Bill (BCCHI) did a lot for the hobby in providing ignitions and engines which made giant size RC airplanes possible to the average person. Yes we should all be more thankfull that Guys like them took time for us. Ralph....I am giving you my "Kudos" please feel good ....because you have helped more than you think. Best Regards Capt,n

since the subject is there, I'll chime in with a similar experience with him, I got a lot of ignitions from the classifieds here, 3 of the 4 were his older model and I didn't have the sensors for them, I tried to buy sensors but instead he offered to trade me straight across for RC EXL ignitions! Thanks again Ralph.

Ralph is an absolute gem in this hobby! I sent him a pretty well trashed 3W-50i and he returned it very quickly in awesome shape, for an unbelievably low price. If I ever buy a used engine here on RCU I will have it shipped to Ralph for a going over - that's for sure. Needless to say any repairs will go to him too!

I too have benefitted from Ralph's generosity in both sharing his knowledge and experience, as well as having two prized Zen engines that he did his conversion/lightening magic on. Ralph you truly are an undeniable asset to our hobby.
