Fuji Imvac engines
I was curious as to the status of the Fuji Imvac gas engines. I notice there is a old sticky thread several years old at the top of the forum that says they quit making the engines.
But I noticed that Tower Hobbies still sells four different engines and seems to have a fair amount of parts on hand too.
So did someone buy it up and took over production or what?

As of May 31, 2011, all Fuji-Imvac engines are being discontinued. No more will be produced. Parts will remain available, however — for up to three years or while the supply lasts. See the Replacement Parts page on this site for more information.
Fuji-Imvac thanks the many modelers who have trusted their prized aircraft to our engines. We are forever grateful for your loyalty, and wish you an endless number of exciting R/C flights in the years to come.
Pity. Ihave two and they have been excellent.
