Pity you couldnt just turn the head on the DLE20, if someone in the DLE design shop was clever enough to port it like that !

Exactly. All they need to do is stop and smell the roses. The demand for smaller gassers is there, I think the market has proven that (look at the recent release of the Rev 10). The fact a rear carb, rear exhaust setup work and will be well accepted already proven. The fact they offer a more compact footprint and will thus fit more easily into more models without as much hacking of cowls should be common sense.
