The reason I asked if you used the stock sensor is it will fire the new ignition but will not be timed right.

They are timed at about 15 degrees before top dead center, You can get it to crank with a starter but the timing will not advance enough to get the engine running right.


You need a sensor and bracket that will allow you to time the engine at 28-30 degrees before top dead center.
