Help with Antique Thorpe gas engines
Lats year at the Sams champs I broke three springs on the ignition points on various size Thrope engines. All these have the same size spring in the box to keep he points closed. If anyone can help me find the spring or has an idea how to make springs for this use let me know
Thanks

Obviously there are spring manufactures out there so if you have a spring to copy or can take the engine to one of these places they maybe able to help . A one off would be a pain in the bum for them and may be expensive but if its what u want . I remember being in the drawing room as an apprentice for a short while and I remember I had to research a spring for something or other .
Cheers
I forgot I was at a spring place once and they had boxes of different springs everywhere just sitting there for people to look over .
