Default My DLE 35RA is a little loud...

I'm using the stock muffler. What do y'all use to lessen the noise?

Ear plugs?
On a more serious note, Jtec will make you about anything you want. Something on the order of the original maybe, with more volume, and maybe a smaller outlet? Talk to them. They scratch build everything that's ordered through them. Guessing a request like yours wouldn't be the first, so it might follow they have some good ideas ready to go.

Flying my new Ultra Stick 30 cc w/DLE 35 today, loud as hell, drowned out two others flying with me one a 20 cc and the other a DLE 35, go figure, my buddy with the 35 complained with a smile. Mine is nearly new....runs great! LOVE IT!

You can stuff the muffler with stainless steel pot scrubber material. Plastic or nylon extensions on the exhaust stacks can help. You can also use a prop with more pitch and/or larger diameter. Any or all of the above can help. I've used them all.

There is a silencer "plug" that you insert into the end of the exhaust tube . These reduce the noise but they also reduce the high rpm ( just like stuffing anything in the tube does) and can increase the temps.

Mile High RC -DLE Muffler, Pitts Muffler, tuned pipe, smoke muffler, canister muffler, DLE30 Canister, DLE20 Canister, DLE55 Canister, DLE111 Canister, DA60 pitts,MLD pitts

The best way is to install a better muffler or install a canister.

If you don't mind losing your field someday because of noise, follow the suggestions to just get louder. Otherwise look at getting a better muffler.
