All my gas engines Zenoah, Fox, 3W, and DLE are all gapped at .022 by the way, the best sparkplug for the GT-80 is the NGK BPMR7A burning 93octane at 32:1 Stilh oil.

Some years ago, Ralph Cunningham (Mr. Zenoah in my opinion) recommended using NGK BPMR6F plugs in the GT80 and other Zenoah engines. This is the more compact 5/8" hex plug with a taper seat and it works great in these engines. A much more compact plug than the larger stock plugs. Gapped at .025" or so ..... gap really isn't that critical on our engines.
