Default KIORITZ GP-21 ???? Can you identify!

Hi Guys -

Below I am attaching three pics of what the name-plate on this enigne states: "Kioritz GP-21". That much I know. What I don't know is anything else about this engine. Picked it up at a local swap and have no clue as to its size (23cc?), fuel mix (32:1?), prop size or range (18x?) and expected power.

Can anyone help out with information as to this engine?

Thanks.

http://www.echo-usa.com/oot/docs/GP21_102904.pdf parts list

If they marked it 21 that is probably what it is, they don't seem to fart around with meaningless numbers? I would start with a 16-8 or 17-6 I would expect it to handle a 9-11 lbs AUW trainer type plane.

What is all the stuff on bottom? I wonder as to its direction of rotation. All of my Echos get the hub on flywheel end of crank and the crank side your hub is on, gets cut off near the seal. Engine get direct mount to face of firewall.

What does it weigh as pictured?
